I don't know the technical name but it consists of characters who are designed to be awful until they reach a specific in game requirement (in Junpeis case it's getting his victory cry buff). I'm not sure how developers can't tell this is an awful idea

I like the hairstyle more, but I don't think pink hair would have worked. Most of FeMC's clothes had heavy orange tones as it was a complementary tone to the blue tones MC wore, but an orange sweater would have clashed horribly with pink hair. Plus, while I know Persona steps outside the lines with hair colors considering we've had white and blue, bubblegum-pink seems a little too ridiculous.

The red-brown went well with the ribbon and headphones she wears, and there's a slight difference in her and Yukari's hair colors. Honestly I'd say FeMC's final hair color was something between Yukari's and Mitsuru's. Ideally she would have had the hairstyle from the concept with the final design beret's and color.

Well, managed to get vastly superior extraction of P4U2 files, thanks to Gracek's help who wrote a better tool.

Now when extracting bddata.bin, all the original filenames and directories are preserved, intstead of just one massive chaotic mess of 7900 unnamed files in one folder.

They probably gave her orange after they changed her hair to brown. And it's reddish usually in fanart, Soejima's is an orange-brown. It's not the same shade as Rise, who actually has red-brown hair.
And in a cast with people with teal hair, that pink is not that weird. And it's not really bubble pink, it's pretty toned down. In pic related she has a pink shade while still being brown. They could have balance it while still not being brown.

And FeMC colors are pretty inconsistent. Her color theme is orange for her clothing. But sometimes it's red, and her swimsuit is pink. If they really were set on orange vs blue they would have made her route orange, but instead everything is colored in an obnoxious pink.
