Katanas seem to get some pretty nice skills but they're quite expensive as compared to the (more damaging in general) sword skills.

The base boomerang skills seem good but any of the expensive ones seem outrageously op.

Magic skills all seem shit except the heal ones which seem to full heal the whole party if you don't use the shit base version, doesn't matter how much their magic stat is, anyone can be a god-tier healer.

Also noticed equipment seems really buggy. I was initially able to equip both a sword and katana on wife, but trying to use one of the better swords with a katana always unequips the off-hand.
Whereas initially I could fully use both sword and katana skills and get the double-hit effects and damage, it bugged out/started working after that :(

My recommendation is to just give yourself enough exp after the first or second battle to get your character's up to level 20 or so to coast through the initial slow ass battles.

The capture chance formula is also in that guide, you don't have to get them down to 1hp for 100% rate as you dump more levels into upgrading body parts and upgrade your seal level.

Also don't forget to click on the shopkeeper to get the item to change your dick type
