MEanwhile tentamissiles did this for the entire enemy team, forced them all to back up instead of just refill their ink, and without taking you out of the fight for the exact duration that you took him out of the fight for, without making him a big fat target.

Ink Storm has done this for anyone on the point or wherever you choose AND claimed the entire area for your team.

Bomb rush did this and potentially killed someone, while refilling your ink instantly and allowing you to still defend yourself and fire as normal.

Inkjet did this and more than likely actually killed someone.

Everyone says inkjet is great, but I just don't get it /ink/. Sometimes, I can seemingly hit someone dead-on, and it does fuck-all, other times it seems like I barely catch them in the splash damage and they get obliterated. It's also not particularly efficient at inking turf, given the low rate of fire. I feel like I'm missing something and I just don't understand the mechanics of the weapon.

I concur with this. Just because it doesn't consistently perform well in either aspect doesn't mean it's helpless. Granted it only carries that hard if there are tards on both sides, but it really starts to shine on certain stages (Moray, Port Mackerel, etc.).

Only mode I think it struggles is Rain Maker, and usually only on maps that it's crap at anyway.
