That little blip aside, I wouldn't say /vn/ is filled with starved waifufags. Closer to braindead moebutas Of which I am one too.

The two madmen walked into Hatsukoi pretty much blind because that was half the fun. Sure we ended up finding out that the story was lacking, but other aspects weren't bad. The characters weren't explicitly two dimensional, the common route wasn't bad considering it started three points under (School Setting, "Save the Club" scenario, School Council), and until the accursed "need for drama" set in it was fairly well thought out, Yuumer being a retard be damned. Regardless, despite my taste being nuclear-shit tier, I still think it wasn't the worst it could be.
