They haven't said yet, likely because they haven't actually decided. Which is itself going to be a problem, because if they don't announce anything until a month before the expansion ends, there will be no hope of getting everything on all your characters

Given they already back-tracked on the whole prestige system and turned it into nothing more than such a mind-numbing grind, it'll come down to what happens with PvP in the next expansion. If they give prestige another go, it'll all remain available locked to that along with new rewards (like rated BGs and vanilla titles). If they give up on it the current rewards will go account-wide, but they aren't going to say that now, because they need to incentivise people to continue grinding until then.

Why does ranged dps feel so lack luster in comparison to melee dps? I've even enjoyed healing sometimes like WoD mistweaver and MoP resto shaman but never have I ever enjoyed ranged DPS...

I mean, 7.3 is adding the Felslate Anchor. An item that lets you sink to the bottom of water quickly.

But it's consumable and uses 50 Felslate to make. Fifty. Even with low Felslate prices, that's just ridiculous for a one time use saving you only seconds of time.

Engineering always has items that are 'fun' but useless. And all were were designed before the player economy for Legion had formed. Only a couple like the reaves batteries offered utility that it was worth rebalancing later once the material values had settled, with items like the bullet dispenser mainly being filler so they could bump up the number of engineering craftables and quests.

Engineering even has the leystone buoy, which does the opposite of the anchor and sends you to the surface of the water. But that only costs 3 leystone to make.

It's just too late in Legion's development for them to not know the anchor was pointless, which makes it questionable why they'd waste development time on it in the first place.

Monk - Stagger is the greatest thing since the buff to threat.
Paladin - a better version of DK

I think Legion's daily grind is much less boring personally. While WoD awarded laziness, what with the garrisons being pretty self-sufficient and all that, Legion is much less so. You do basically have a new 'garrison' but it's much more social and you can't get the resources to do missions as easily. World quests are also a nice addition though they do get repetitive after a while

Elves are a species mutated from exposure to magic so you can pull the it's magic i don't have to explain shit card for anything. They're also the only races that are allowed to be demon hunters which involves developing demonic features, maybe the first demon soul you ate was male and now you have a dick. Also constant transformations are a big part of the class.
Draenei might as well be canon horsecock futas at this point, but apart from that being ayyliens makes their anatomy pretty malleable.

There's a fair amount of dailies, I'd say around 2-2.5 hours, less if you're well geared or can get good groups.

Making gold passively in Legion is possible but not as easy as WoD at all. WoD garrisons were basically self-sufficient after yoy got them set up, rarely did you have to get garrison resources from anything but missions. In Legion, missions don't give direct order hall resources. That means you have to go out and farm them. I have 16 110s now, and while I do get a fair amount of money from doing those missions every day I do have to go out and farm with each of those characters eventually. Oh, and it's straight up less money than WoD.

Main storyline is fun the first time. I really enjoyed it, took me about a week to complete. Suramar another week and a half or so, since you can only finish that questline if you do all your suramar dailies and get exalted. If you actually try then no shouldn't take more than a month. You could probably get flying by then.

WoW on the other hand is a high risk cash cow that requires a lot of fucking maintenance, not only to keep the servers up but also to keep the decade-and-a-half codebase from collapsing on itself
other blizzard game servers may be kept online for a good while after they stop being profitable, like the old RTS games servers, but if WoW stops being profitable, it's getting axed due to its maintenance costs

I'm not gonna lie to you, you're a bit fucked but not extremely so. You probably don't have any legendaries yet which is gonna be one of your biggest problems going forward. The Broken shore is also getting nerfed tuesday so you'l miss that in its heyday. But Argus is gonna have a lot of catchup gear mechanics, so if you start now and begin doing a lot of stuff to build up that legendary bad luck protection you might be able to get a few quickly.

Druid are all around good, and moonfire is great at killing low-level enemies at a distance, also they easily reset dungeons by teleporting to their class hall and back.

Rogue can pick chest locks in the old 5-man dungeons for extra BoEs.

For pure speed in combat I think monks are the fastest, they can also teleport to their class hall and back to reset dungeons.


If we're talking about raids only though it's best to just have as many characters running their lockouts as you can, and class doesn't matter.
