Precision needed to be nerfed because it was far and above Lian's only real choice.

Lian also needed to be nerfed for other reasons. It is true that she has a lower winrate at almost all levels of play (except the lowest) compared to her counterpart Cassie. At the higher levels of play, her winrate is the third lowest next to Tyra and Viktor.

However, she does not feel fun or fair to fight against. She may suck at playing the objective and the other team will probably end up winning the game, but Lian will always kill you in 1v1s, and that doesn't feel great. This is why Maeve was also nerfed previously, despite the fact that she never had outstanding performance.

most of the ones I found for aerial assault ruckus became worthless once the farther jump distance card got implemented but it's still useful, especially in the middle of a fire fight so to help dodge shots, feels a little parkoury

Her default legendary is actually pretty good.
1200 burst damage with auto aim on all visible targets.
You can hardcore spam both AoEs with swift jade and eagle's emerald.
I can't even afford Precision yet and I'm already doing 30-40k more damage than everyone in these matches. 70% win rate after 20.

Stomping ground is pretty meh since you have to get a KILL - not just an elim;
have a bunch of sustain and net shot is a non terrible thing to put cards towards. Bulk Up is probably just going to be the best legendary in casuals - since getting actual healing from healers is spotty at best.

I honestly can't decide if strix is good or not

On one hand, his rifle deals insane damage so anyone who is tagged and isn't a tank is basically a free kill. Plus he can go into stealth and shoot out of it multiple times in a row before running out of meter.

On the other hand, his pistol is garbage unless your target is standing still, and everything about him feels really sluggish: his rifle reload is really slow (I unironically bought deft hands when playing him because it was so bad), stealth is weird and sometimes won't activate when you want it to, and flashbang seems to be completely broken and will randomly not work if you throw it at someone's face

I've been trying out stealth builds to see which one is best and this build is hilarious for trolling with master-rider. You got almost 30 seconds of invisibility and get half of it back with every elimination.

Those godlike kinessa players wtih good situational awareness will probably be constantly spawn camping your team the moment you die and there's nothing you can do about it unless you're Evie or Maeve and can rush him after being unhorsed.

You can't stand in Viktor's ult any more, but you can play him as a heavy shield tank with the new flux generator, or keep playing him as a gundam with aerial assault. Ruckus IS a terrible solo-frontliner. Repulsor field is good at reducing burst damage, but the more important thing for solo-frontliners is the ability to negate Cauterize. Every single tank except Torvald (and you rarely solo-frontline with him anyway) has a way to negate Cauterize, whether it be a shield or increased healing to negate Caut.

While Repulsor may block damage, you don't have as long as a lifespan and will eventually die to cauterised attrition, so you gotta back off sometime.
