Personally I use pistols over the Pocket SMGs since I tend to go for body shots if it's a quick switch for defence. Hibana's usually guarantees one shot to wipe the last health the defender has. That's most of the time though.

It's due to how Ubisoft does the matchmaking networking. If you ever had problems between strict/moderate/open NAT, it's because Siege uses random ports to connect to other players, and it doesn't play well with UPnP either.

When your computer communicates with another computer, or a server, it does so over a specific port which is a virtual numbered slot that should be specific to that program or service.
Normally, multiplayer games will try and send you data in order to work properly, and for best performance you need to tell your router to allow that traffic to your computer (or turn on UPnP which should take care of this automatically). The Siege support page tells you to open a handful of different ports, but in reality it tries to use random ports between 50,000 and 60,000, sometimes even beyond that. As you might expect, opening all your ports to incoming traffic is a big secuirty risk, but not opening these ports hinders matchmaking. If not outright incompetance, it's a really dumb way to try and avoid port conflicts.

He's only really effective if you're playing in a group because his drone can't scan people for some retarded reason, and you can't even ping on it, so you're forced to be making constant call outs.

However, he can definitely be a force to be reckoned with if you are playing with a well organized group that knows the map layout well. Just make consistent call outs on where the enemy entered from and the route they're taking to the objective so your roamers can make a plan of attack on them, and disorient as many of them as you can before they engage.

That one thing, more than anything, is strong proof that something is fucked with the attachment system.
The fucking sight has looked out of place as all hell since the beta. I really don't see why they couldn't have at least recolored it to match the coloration of literally every other attachment in the game, unless it was extremely uncomfortable to implement for some reason.
