There's definitely more than the ones linked to the Paradox world with tartarus. Ilias says that the majority of the parallel worlds have already been deleted but only one of the worlds linked to Paradox has been deleting so there's obviously a shit ton out there that you can't access.

It's possible that there are other tartarus in other worlds and those tartarus also link to other worlds and every world is technically linked through some complex tartarus network. I mean it's implied that Marcellus has explored a shit ton of worlds and he has to be getting there somewhere.

Out of gameplay convenience you'll never see something like that in the actual game though.
