I imagine some of the post Stormblood plot will involve us acting on information gained from interrogating Fordola. If they do go with the redemption arc, I imagine that she'll start incredibly spiteful and unhelpful and then after several interactions, she'll begin to more willingly divulge information. She ends up dying either as she escapes confinement, follows you into battle, and dies martyr or she ends up getting executed for war crimes that they establish very early on that she is going to be executed for inevitably and she accepts this punishment over the course of the plot.
