I got from Gold1(plat4 mmr) to Silver1 in 5days and i have no clue why this is happening. I was constantly climbing till one day i started to get really unlucky. I played decently but i got a lot of bad teams. Last 2 days i still got bad teams but i fed like hell. What I did to recover was take a break from LoL, and just watch streamers to see what they did correctly/wrong in their games and try to imitate the good parts and improve on my bad parts.

I practiced in Normals for a while also to recenter my skills and improve on my tilt.

They already did it. It wasn't making their own internet, it was making a bunch of deals with ISPs so that the packets sent from game would have the fastest route to and from the Riot servers.
This reduced ping in high ping regions and created a more stable game with less chance of server DC that used to happen often.

How's this sound for a swain rework

Passive: much the same but swain additionally deals 5% of his AP on auto attacks, tripled on minions.

Q: Beatrice will convert damage she deals into mana upon returning to swain, however she can be attacked for one second before she returns to cancel it.

W: Nevermove is now ground targeted sigils which last for X seconds and detonate when Swain, Beatrice or any Raven enters the area rooting and dealing damage after a delay. Undetonated sigils stack a % damage increase on enemies stood inside and Swain gains additional mp/5 for each enemy inside a sigil.

E: completely reworked, passively Swain gains a percentage of his bonus mana as max health and a percentage of his health regeneration as mana regeneration (does not work with grail)
Toggled on Swain will reverse his health regeneration, losing health to restore mana faster. During his ultimate the toggle instead burns mana for additional health, negating all mp/5.

Ultimate: still drains an increasing pace of mana, instead of automatically pulsing ravens simply damages all nearby units.
Auto attacks during ultimate send out ravens instead with an increased AP ratio with an automatic runaan's effect, these ravens detonate nevermove and restore health on return.

Mana costs across the board would be higher, with the intent that Swain has to really think about his mana management. Nevermove sigils have the consideration of do you want to set them off or use them for mana regen, or even do you want more of a damage increase?
