How do you carry your team as a front/support main when your damage/flankers are usually outskilled by the enemy team?

Been stuck in the 2600/2700 range for 3 weeks, not sure on what to improve. As a frontliner I usually bully their support and their damage so they're no where near the capture point, but at the same time most of my team dies to their damage/flankers resulting in defeat.

The grind is definitely longer than before but it shouldn't be impossible. Focus on the starting champs and try to get good with them, especially the ones that are in the meta. After that you can unlock champs that you find interesting.

Some people make it like the grind is unbearable but seriously I find it ok compared to unlocking characters in some other games.

Flanks are too braindead to do anything coordinated with their team. This is coming from a flank player.

You get an average of 500g per win with the 1st/2nd/3rd win of the day bonus. That's 13000g (10500g 3 daily wins + 2500g from the weeklies) if you only play and win 3 games per day which is roughly a champion per week with some extra. So far my experience has been people are actually not picking 5 dps, but what is actually needed.

But once the spawn doors open, everyone just plays deathmatch. I think I've seen someone playing Fernando sit on the payload for the entire game, but that was only 1 out of maybe 50 games so far.

Kinessa is really fun. More useful than Widow. Drogoz is a fucking blast to play *pun intended*. Skye is fucking crazy, I got a team kill by myself with her, and Fernando is so fun to flank with.

I only play damba as a healer cause others are too braindead and boring but healing vs dpsing is too easy. When you are flanking you need to know what your dumbass teammates are doing. Before the buff i would agree but after mending spirits buff he is simplified. You no longer need to heal upfront to get that heal burst. They have been slowly chipping away on strong characters since they introduce legendaries like Drogoz and androxous who gets nerfed every patch. Skye and Maeve has gotten tweaks as well but they can't buff them too much cause they will completely wipe casuals instead of stomping them. Buck and Torvold seems weak but Valencia showed that they were basically the Chink meta and they still stood up againest the standard meta.

This is not OP here to talk a bit about Evie's love for me. We love each other truthfully and nothing you say will make us break up. Evie is simply the most wonderful girl I have ever laid eyes on.
It seems like my extended sleep schedule coupled with my timezone did not give me the chance to express my love for her, but that's not a problem. Consistency is key, and I will never forget about Evie no matter how late it is.

Chink meta was just a team with good synergy, if you break that synergy the team crumbles. Even so, dreamhack was played in OB52 and since then they stupidly nerfed Torvald and Buck.
Skye is the worst champion and yet they nerf her best leggo and her damage. Grohk as well. Ying is a low tier healer after repeated gutting in her kit, range and healing power.
