O3S is very fair (imo) despite its apparent complexity and you can progress through it pretty well if people are willing to listen and talk things out. We've not downed it yet. We've only spent about a lockout on it but have another raid day tomorrow, so I'm pretty confident we'll get it this coming week. 4 I think may take a little longer. The mechanics are all really satisfying to get right imo and it's a ton of fun. I don't know if I will still have that attitude after 3 months of clears but they did a good job with it.

Everything to lvl 15 so you get the useful basic actions then CRP50, CUL37. From there is up to you.

I do recommend leveling in bursts so that you can share gear between the jobs as you level the rest to 50. Try HQ your turns in as much as possible for that bonus XP and don't forget your GC dailies!
