Right, I forgot the Beast Claw guy in the Chapel, so that one for sure. The Bowblade is a unique weapon though, and the Arm is a weapon for madmen. In retrospect though, the one does use the Rifle Spear, so that opens up all the Workshop/Powder Keg weapons.

A perfect tempering abyssal gets 24% increase and +15 phys. A perfect tempering damp gets 27%
Low damage weapons get more from that flat +15 than they get from the extra 3% increase. High damage weapons get more from the 3% increase.
