SSG's load time is fairly long for the battles, but the battles themselves are very long. Boss fights can take 20+ minutes while regular fights a few minutes. Load time is like 30 sec or something.

I'm curious about LostChild. You getting it anon? I personally know nothing about the pedigree of the devs behind that game (supposedly it's made by someone who made El Shaddai or whatever, which I've not heard of before now). The art looks pretty good, kinda reminds me of Stranger of Sword City. You can play games like Freedom Wars or Miku too, but don't expect to play very well since it's hard to stay that focused on it while exercising. If you're okay with dying or not going for high scores then it's manageable though.
Grindy games seem to work best for it since they don't require the most focus. I don't play it but I bet Disgaea 3 or 4 would be a really nice fit too. Or Dungeon Travelers 2 post game.

I've always been trash at fighters but I like the character designs a lot. I first realized I was in too deep when I saw the input log in the tutorial was displaying as if I was using a fight stick, which is just another level of confusion on top of the norm. Game ran fine but everything looked super jaggy and had a layer of vasaline filter smeared on it. Final nail in the coffin was when I scummed my way to the boss in story mode and she didn't have any hit stun. Got flashbacks of Shao-Khan in MK9 and just threw my hands up in defeat.
Damn thing was nearly 4 Gigs too.

I never ever buy fighting games at full price, because you won't know if you'll like them until you play. Even watching gameplay videos won't properly represent the 'feel' of the game.

Last time I bought one at full price was Dead or Alive 5+ for Vita; ended up only playing for like 7 hours, going through a couple rounds of arcade and that's it. Didn't ilke the feel of the game, went back to emulating Virtua Fighter 2.
