I tried it with my 90 Jeanne. First I did three days where I would put the FP CE on and then go to sleep. I'd wake up up and would have 10k+ FP. Then I did 3 days where I put various 5* CE's on her before going to bed. Not once did I wake up with more 2k FP. Then I put the FP CE back on her and was getting 10k+ FP again.

The takeaway is, a lot of people are completely retarded. Either they don't have the FP CE equipped on their characters or they believe it stacks and only pick out support servants who have the FP CE equipped.

He can shit out NP damage like it's nothing provided the enemy is poisoned, and that's without external buffs. Hans is a budget Waver that can charge his own NP and buff the whole party. Mozart at lv 10 his star skill gives out 50 stars, the highest in the whole game. Arash is a suicide bomber with AoE NP modifier who beats out most ST NPs, etc.
