I still think that if Jinx had better ms most of her problems would be solved. Most people say its low because passive (which makes sense) but I'm more than sure Riot could easily find a way around that. If they've made Rhaast, Camille, and other crazy designs I don't doubt they could find a way around it. She suffers being really weak early game (for good reason) and her best escape is situational while her prime escape can be worked around easily since everybody and their mothers have gap closers.

It was so-so. The issue was that his Q was his big threat so if you could dodge that generally you could keep control of the lane. Now with E doing enormous damage and slowing you for a guaranteed Q there's not much counterplay other than stay the fuck away from him and let him free farm.

When is the "marksmen" class going to get reworked?
I'm not talking about nerfing, or buffing champions, in my opinion the class in itself is pretty balanced at the moment and definetly not weak, but what it lacks is diversity.
Think about it for a moment: in the midlane you have a lot of different champions that do a lot of different things and everyone excells at something in particular.
Think of Ekko, for example, he very good at diving into the enemy team with his amazing mobility, burst down the priority target and then get out.
Or think of Orianna, who has really good zone control thanks to her sphere and can chunk down any enemy that steps out of position.
Or Syndra, that excels at keeping people away from her with good amount of CC, and kills any squishy target that gets too close.
Or Talon, whose power relies on pulling off good roams to get an early advantage.
Now look at the ADCs, what do you have? Guys that shoot very fast and build crit damage (Jinx, Ashe, Tristana, Twitch, etc.), and guys that don't shoot as fast but use their abilities a lot (Jhin, Lucian, Miss Fortune, etc.). The lack of character diversity in the class makes it so that you will never encounter a situation in which you'll think "Yeah, I should really pick [champion] here, because it's really good!", you'll just end up pickng the one that is meta. The whole class comes down to "who has the better damage right now?"
Think about it, why would you, in the current state of league of legends, pick a Sivir or a Kallista over Twitch, or Tristana even?
In my opinion, the class could use some tweaks as in making ADCs fill more specific nieches, and decide what is the purpose of certain champions. RIOT should really focus on making champions more unique not because of their built in minigame (Xayah's feathers, Jhin's 4 shots, Jinx's rocket launcher and minigun, etc.) but because they actually play different and are better than other at doing certain things, while being worse at others.

Champs like that are inherently flawed, rework kog was exactly like this. He was garbage until about 3 items, after which he could delete an entire team. It's not fun for the team that has to deal with a useless champion for the first 30 minutes of the game and it's not fun for the enemy team to deal with a champ that outputs so much damage that they can single handedly win games.

Rhaast is an assassin/bruiser. He realistically doesn't see much benefit from building super tanky as his sustain and damage is oriented around how much he can dole out and he has no defensive skills outside of perhaps his ult, which again scales with his AD and nothing else. You may last a bit longer in a fight but you're going to be as useless as a full tank Talon or Zed at that point since your utility is bound up in 1 spell and your damage is nonexistent.

a small MS boost wouldn't help jinx's terrible early game or anything. What are you supposed to do in a game like this where your allies forget they are able to ward or even do the ever rare strat of "don't die"? I can't fucking gank everyone at all times and I tried to make things relatively even by at least killing a drag while he's not there or gankjng a different lane but it never worked out. Top dies to Lee Sin, enemy mid is Heimerdinger so I can't gank him safely, and bot is feeding MF for literally no reason. Lee isn't some magic man teleporting across the map to where the kills are easiest. If he's finding ganks that easily then first off he's outplaying and outrotating but you can help out your team by getting vision yourself in river and jungle. Also you can be there to countergank and turn the tables on Lee, or you can counterjungle him if he's on the opposite side of the map. If he's somehow clearing AND ganking faster and more often then you are getting dumpstered by the opposition.
Other junglers with just as much early gank pressure include Elise, Kha, WW, Jarvan, Ivern, Zac, Gragas, Rek'sai, Vi, and now Maokai+Cho.
You can't physically control your team and people rarely listen to advice particularly if they're sensitive about being called out on mistakes. As a Jungler though your job is to find opportunity somewhere. Not every game is going to be a win but pressuring in a lane or grabbing drag or clearing the enemy jungle does wonders if someone just died to a gank. Also you have to basically cut your losses on a lane that's already lost, ganking top only for them to die in a 1v1 later basically is a guaranteed ignored lane from that point on. And if your bot is 0/12 then you should just focus top/mid and try and get them ahead. It takes more effort to bring someone back into the game than it does to shut an enemy out.

Any form of gap closing is super strong, even shitty slows can be useful to close that 20 units to get on to someone. If slows were indeed useless and irrelevant then champs like Olaf and Ashe would never see play and nobody would bother building Rylais or the Ice hose.
