If you're here now and you think /wowg/ is funny, you might be right. Perhaps it is funny, but it is but walking shadow, a poor player, that struts and frets his hour upon the stage, compared to the old /wowg/.

What you are seeing today is just an endless looping rehash of the fun we had. If you think it's funny now, try to imagine the fun we had when it was fresh, and people had the time to shop, improve and alter a birthing meme. It was a time of creativity, good quality trolling and the occasional WORLD OF WARCRAFT discussion. Good times.

Goddamnit, last night was a depressing first night in ToS.

We killed Goroth in three attempts, but I knew he'd be a joke fight.

But goddamnit, we spent three hours on Demonic Inquisition and just kept fucking wiping at the very beginning of the fight. At one point we were able to make it reliably to the second phase, but eventually, we just continuously wiped to the fucking aoe.

I don't know what to think anymore... whether the guild's falling apart or it's the encounters themselves...

There's no second phase? They don't change throughout the fight. The caster does his "don't attack me" and the melee does his "don't attack" me but there's no transition to a new phase.

Healer actually. It gets really frustrating because I always have to pug my Mythic+ runs so anything higher than a plus 8 is a huge shit show due to people not watching their fucking feet/using interupts/stunning/ect...

I need a lorefag to help me out.

From what I understand World-Souls and eventually the Titans are what supply a planet with Spirit energy which in turn keeps that planet's elements happy and in check. The reason that Azeroth's elements are so fucked up is because our world soul didn't supply much Spirit to Azeroth, and quickly consumed any it happened to produce.
So how does a planet like Draenor, which doesn't have a world-soul end up so rich with Spirit that it's elements are quite tranquil? I was under the assumption that no world soul = no spirit energy?

I suppose this makes sense. I was lead to believe that a planet wouldn't create lush nature and life without spirit from a titan. That either the planet naturally had to have a world-soul within, or a titan would come upon an "unbloomed" planet and give it life beside the natural elementals already present.

There's still plenty of people, though they don't talk as much anymore ever since the introduction of Skype and Discord. They've really killed interaction in mmo's.

Welp, it's official. I'm powerleveling a DH on the opposite faction for the sole purpose of camping this bot.

I was collecting a foxflower that was near the water in Shipwreck Cove and it caused a fox to spawn. The fox ran in the water and dumped nearly all the foxflowers in the 1ft deep water so you can't see them. Bot comes flying by and steals them all.

reminds me of my time on moon guard when we had large scale multi guild wpvp events

a coalition of horde guilds were rp marching through ashenvale to meet up with the larger horde guild forces in northern barrens, and at the time i was in a night elf guild.

we gathered every member of the guild ebsides i think 2 or 3 that were offline, which totalled about 22 of us, and we line ourselves on the side of a road that was shaped like a valley. we had rogues scout out to see where the march was in the forest and we adjusted our location accordingly. then finally we all shadowmelded along these ridges that banked the road and waited for a horde group of atleast 40 to march by. once they had gone halfway past our ambush, everyone leapt out of shadowmeld and started fucking railing these dindu's with all our cd's and core hound hysteria
we killed probably 75% of the group and then legged it. half of the guild were hunters and so naturally when we attacked we just focused down key targets. shit was fuckin hilarious but being a night elf was gay as fuck
