I wish soulstealer vayne had a new voiceover because the classic vayne one doesn't fit it well. Would've been nice if it was a little bit more polished skin in general.
I'd be happy for any high quality vayne skin but its most likely going to be some "le pulsefire" or "BROJEGD :D" vayne which I won't be interested in. I like the "character flipped upside down" skins like acrlight varus (varus before he got corrupted) or omega squad teemo (war veteran with PTSD teemo instead of the regular happy scout teemo) so naturally a vayne joining the dark side theme is appealing to me but it really sucks that it is now taken up by a skin that feels a little half assed and if there was gonna be a vayne skin that should've had a new voiceover it should've been this one and yet it doesn't have it.
I don't have it and maybe never will but if it was as I described I would have a good incentive to attempt getting it. Apparently riot doesn't want my shekels.

More like 1000. Your contribution only matters in around 10% of games. In 45% of games your team will be so bad you have no chance of winning. In 45% of your games the enemy team will be so bad your team will steamroll them no matter how well you do. Only in the remaining 10% does how well you play actually factor into whether you win or not.

But here's the kicker, there is no guarantee you'll get that game within 20, 30 or even 50 games played. It's entirely possible to have a streak of 10 unwinnable games in a row or more and it can take over 200 games for the matchmaking RNG to square up that bad streak with a good win streak. This means you're almost entirely at the mercy of the matchmaker for at least 500 games.

Your conspiracy theory is bullshit and trust me, this is coming from someone who has spend thousands of hours on this game, is open minded and believes in some other conspiracy theories you would probably consider bullshit. I don't think riot is jewish enough to go this far - there is another fairly popular conspiracy theory though that I can almost confirm to be true: the champion is good -> champion gets a skin -> champion gets nerfed. The most recent example of this is pulsefire caitlyn. Sometimes it includes slight buffs a month or so before a skin when riot decides they're actually going to make it but the champion is not as popular as they would've liked. I bet cait nerfs were not as harsh as they would have otherwise been just because they didn't sell as much pulsefire cait as they hoped they would.
Also there's the thing with champion balance shifting constantly making you buy champions with RP if you don't play often and are not a veteran. Ghostcrawler almost literally said he makes a certain champion or class OP for a while then nerfs them and finds another toy, deliberately shifting the attention to it. Literally phases of something being too strong intentionally, it's kind of rock-paper-scissors at this point. Right now the hot thing is lethality and duskblade is extremely good yet not hotfix nerfed. It's as if riot has completely given up trying to make the game balanced and I am sure that there are shekel flow reasons for this.

It's not great, but it's definitely not shit when it gives you great clear speed even as a full tank. You basically get free damage at all times in all situations, which allows you to easily 1v1 anyone that's not Vayne or Fiora/Jax/Olaf.

Volibear's ult I feel the same way about. It's not great, but in teamgfihts later on where you can just whack people for however long you want or 1v1 anyone you want, it's really good.
