Stheno is pretty bad and is widely considered one of the worst 4* characters. That said, once you get her her 3rd skill you can pair her with Divinity characters for meme buffing. You should find someone with a level 90+ Jeanne you can use for support. She can pretty much solo the 40 AP daily if you throw out your heal and evade skills. Sure it'll take awhile, but you'll get enough experience cards that you'll be able to level up the rest of your characters in no time.
