Securing nukes is actually pretty important and do a lot of damage to buildings.

You either go extreme afk splitpush or you go one-man army and kill everyone long enough for somebody to pick up a nuke. You need to play something that can handle being in a 5 minute long brawl over one stupid nuke like Towers of Doom. Use nukes as soon as you can. None of this "Oh it'll be more efficient if I don't waste it on the turrets and put the fort/keep in the center 30 seconds later" because you probably won't get 30 seconds of alone time to drop a nuke.

Globals help but aren't really necessary unless your whole team has them stacked.
Boss is actually a really important objective. Make sure the enemy never gets a chance to do bosses or do them yourself the moment they decide they want to be in a lane on the wrong side of the map. It's just as optional as globals but one or two bosses sent down the lane really fucks up the enemy team's rotations/laning in mid to lategame.

Play it like it's BHB, where instead of coins and cannons, you drop nukes on the enemy buildings so you have to farm all the camps as much as you can without dying.

Don't feel bad. He's hard. Just remember that you don't always have to make huge plays. Sometimes a quick W-Q grab-and-stab will do wonders for harrassing people, forcing them to shrine or back. Especially on a PvE-heavy map like BHB. If nothing else, you can build Q stacks and/or rite their frontline. Just keep throwing Q at that dude until you get tons of damage and can start to get aggressive.

Also if you're doing QM, I'd highly recommend taking the bonus healing on E, and if they have 2-3 tanky divers, the E reset at 16 instead of Mocking as well. Lets you bait people super fucking hard and then yank them in when they wanna run.

Tychus, Raynor, Artanis and to a lesser extent greymane.

Tychus has a lot of hp and can shred almost anything in a 1v1, and can adjust a lot of his talents to compensate for whatever he fights, he's also got passable waveclear, and if people go 'evasion' shit you can always just drop Q on them (this absolutely fucked illidan several times).

Raynor is a *very* long ranged hero with a stun and two pretty good ultimates, he's not always the best but he is almost always safe and consistent.

Artanis is my "I'm going to 1v3 everything while also being good at objectives and camps". Not always the best but he is extremely versatile.

Greymane is also just a consistency pick. Good at lots of things with his only major drawback being sustain.

Not to mention MVP is a hugely irrelevant metric because it's mostly based on time alive and KDA. D.Va, Cho'Gall, and Murky auto-win it, and Leoric is more likely to get it than most. Definitely favors tanky heroes and assassins that didn't die.

Nazeebo isn't as consistent, he's also pretty easy to counterpick with a Sonya (tl;dr how I fell out of diamond last season).

That was another anon actually. But I agree, raynor is decent in terms of giant killing ability, but he also does a lot of mixed damage and he does it pretty safely.

You know there's a cap to %based damage right? 3652 hp + 4%/lvl, so at level 1 malthael is only capable doing damage as though a target has 3799hp even if they have 20billion, at level 20 it scales up to about 8000hp. There's a lot of things that are much better against objectives than Malthael. In fact Artanis with amateur opponent beats malthael pretty soundly until memento mori comes into play.

Lets just say we disagree. Raynor is no where near the top of the meta, but he isn't as bad as people make him out to be.

Trying to learn the lost vikings but the camera's making it hard to do it. Every time I try to select a single viking it automatically snaps the camera to that viking. Gets a little disorienting when I try to issue a bunch of orders at once
