Phoenix aura does more damage per tick at lvl 1 and does 2 more ticks, and it's scales with AD now. Bear gives more MS at lvl 1. And his passive gives a bit of damage and cooldown reduction too. I'm not too sure what the fuck they doing to Tiger, they removed the clipping thing and increased the DoT to 6 seconds from 2.
Pretty good early game buffs in the end and you know how important the early game is for junglers. I'm not too sure how his late is tho but with the damage increase from his passive and the new AD scaling he shouldn't be too bad.

That's not true. The longer the game goes on, the higher chance yasuo has of winning. Most yasuos just don't have the mechanics to actually abuse a jax in lane, which is why jax usually ends up fighting yasuo with some kind of advantage later into the game. A late game yasuo will have full crit and 50% bonus armor pen after he ults jax, so to get full value, jax will have to ult first. But yas can just delete jax with no ults involved, and yas has higher mobility and stronger split pushing than jax.

It's just so that you're able to shit out more abilities which let you have faster cancels which let you have faster autoattacks.
