I do believe in this oneshot meta Nino is the most powerful PP green infantry mage, while Julia may work better in GHBs where she can bait shit that might ORKO Nino, and she still remains a powerful Reinhardt counter whereas some Ninos die to QP memebow. I'd go with Xander as he gains the most from being 5* (DC weapon) while also acting as a physical wall who can reposition Rein out of harm's way after nuking. Wait for Camus as you just promoted a blue, better round out your team first. Cecilia can work as a merged 4* or 5*, depends what you're going to do with her. You can even run her at 4* unmerged for a while until you get the feathers.

If we're talking about tanking Reinhardt then Julia is much better as he will always outrange and reach her first so Naga will always be active. She's basically a +Spd -Atk Julia with a different Tome effect. She NEEDS to be +Spd to be competitive and really take advantage of her prf Tome. Reinhardt's defining feature is his prf tome, which is the single strongest tome in the game. The reason he's elder god tier, above literally everything else and in a whole meta-defining world of his own, is because of that tome. He's shit without it because his stat-spread is designed for it and it alone.

Camus is just a kinda solid blue cav with innate distant counter he can't take full advantage of 'cause his res sucks. If you have no other mounted wall, he can work but he's nothing particularly special unless you want to add him to a full cav team.

Leon has one less atk than bride cordelia with not as good spd, but still the highest atk of a non seasonal archer if you want to go for brave memes. He also has better defensive stats than taco if you want to go the CC/qr route.

Sonya is a pretty good res tank with middling speed and atk, her tome looks pretty interesting too

Ryoma is an offensive powerhouse with a strong enemy phase that makes it difficult for most things to engage him without dying to him.
Camus is just a standard blue wall with the benefit of innate DC. Cavbuffs can make him (and any cav) very strong, but he's unilaterally inferior to Reinhardt as a cav option. Plus having Camus and Xander together on a team is redundant, and more people have a Xander trained up because he's been around longer.

If you're making a horse team the general idea is that Reinhardt kills everything and Xander deals with the few units Rein can't kill. After that you have 2 slots, one is generally your anti-rein unit and the other is a secondary blue. Camus may not be the best for that second slot but he's very good, distant counter allows him to bait and his stats allow him to join in on blocking with Xander.

Overall having Reposition on all 4 horses is very important for swinging your sweeper into and out of danger.
