Every character in Overwatch is slow as fuck and the game has shit mobility all over the place. Turrets not only cause damage but make you slow. Why are the ranks so fucked in this game?

Bronze basically goes unused for anyone who isn't purposefully throwing/sleeping halfway through the game.

Silver is just a buffer between the players in bronze and the players in gold.

Gold is the actual bronze of the game, where players are completely terrible and have no idea what they're doing.

Plat would be good in any other game, but in overwatch it's basically the "at least I'm not bronze(gold) rank" where the casuals who play a game a week go.

Diamond you would think would be made up of good players, but it's pretty much just the gold of overwatch. "I have a basic understanding of what I'm supposed to be doing, but am still complete shit at actually doing it"

Masters is the first rank in the game where players are actually competent, and these are supposed to be "masters" of the game.

GM is a complete mixed bag. With mercymains/off meta one tricks, players that were either boosted or got a lucky winstreak, and a handful of actually good players.
