The nerf to the ult isn't minuscule by any means. On live you can run up to someone ult them get the speed boost catch up and stay on them. On the PBE with these nerfs you have to get in dash/auto attack range first and then ult them or they will just disengage and leave. Also you have to remember that even when you do get in range the movement speed on her passive was also nerfed. Chasing someone like Riven, Lee Sin, or Ahri down is pretty much impossible on the PBE right now if they don't want to fight you. The only way I have been able to is by taking ghost because flash a lot of the times isn't enough to chase these champions down.

I have level 6 mastery on lux and I can stomp her in lane playing my midlane mains besides her.
Im not salty, she just makes a better Support with her kit than a Mage, barring her pretty above average ratios.

Lower mana costs, bring her shield base value up and cooldown down, especially at lower ranks, and increase her E's slow.
Remove the ability to instantly recast and lower the scaling in exchange for high base damage early - Seriously, 60 base damage is fucking useless.

Why the fuck does an AoE slow field need to cost that much goddamn mana? It takes 10 seconds at level 11 to regenerate the cost for one entire spell.

Buff the slow and base damage early, gut the AP ratio and make the mana cost on E less retarded.
Make her Q more reliable to hit through minions and buff her shield's base values.
Congrats shes now a viable Support without much changes to Mid lux.
