Originally Gun wasn't going to ban players for exploits, thinking they could do the impossible task of making a bug free game.

But then they reveresed their policy after they realized their big patch to get rid of all known glitch spots not only didn't get rid of all of them but created a new one.

Eh, F13 did have a lot of neat ideas and additions that everyone's favorite generator simulator doesn't, but it also had some issues obvious at the gate while others cropped up as Gun revealed themselves to be a bunch of halfwits. The two escape vehicles per map + possible cops was a nice addition which you basically had to have given the fact you've almost got twice as many survivors creeping around. If you replaced the 20 minute timer with something along the lines of an escape hatch, I'd probably like it better but whatevs.

I won't say the game shipped great, but it at least had some things that make it more fun on average to me than DBD, mostly just the voice chat. I've played both, and I got tired of DBD much quicker than F13. Honestly, I still enjoy the game at the core of F13, it's just the related shitshows causing me to ease back away from it.

Maybe Last Year will be the true savior.

Swing speed perk or strength should boost swinging speed more.

Water speed+ Jasons should hear the boat start, or at least the movement of it in the water.

Grip strength+ Jasons should be harder for counselors to knock others out of his grab.

Force grab needs to go.

Traps shouldn't count as a team kill. If someone is dumb enough to walk in front of a door, don't punish the people playing properly.

Tommy should spawn with a pocket knife. Jasons know you can just shift onto his ass and grab for a free kill.

The key conclusions are:

Stealth has absolutely nothing to do with Fear, Sense detection range, or hiding. The only thing in the game that it impacts is the range of noise pings. Beyond this, it does nothing else.
Based on noise detection range, Jenny secretly has much higher Stealth than the 6 that the game claims. It's between Eric and Deborah range-wise, so I'd say it's about ~8.5.
Jason's noise detection range diminishes dramatically when he unlocks Rage. For example, Vanessa gets an effective +7 Stealth bonus at that point.
The only noise detection oddity is Jason Part 7, who for some reason has a longer range than all other Jasons (thanks to /u/jessehiraya for figuring this out).
The Composure stat itself is completely unrelated to Jason's Sense ability. It doesn't matter if you have 1 or 10 Composure, the range and success rate of Sense are the same.
Jason's Sense range naturally increases as the game goes on.
Sense does not have a chance of failing. As long as Jason is within range, the counselor or the cabin will glow red, 100% of the time, regardless of your Fear level. There is no roll for Jason to succeed or fail at Sense (at least, not without perks). This is true whether you are indoors or outdoors.
If you are in a hiding spot, Jason's Sense roll will never detect you before he unlocks Rage, no matter what he does (although he can still hear your counselor's breathing and cries if you are afraid and he is nearby).
Once Jason gets Rage, your cabin will glow red no matter what, and no hiding place will keep him from detecting you.
This is all equally true for each Jason, even those with -Sense and +Sense traits.
