I'm doing some of the early Main Scenario quests, and I got one to do Bowl of Embers via the dutyfinder. I queued for it, but it took me out of the queue for it.

I'm in NA but I made my character on EU when Stormblood came out because I was playing with some friends. Most of them have quit so i was thinking of using the free transfer to a preferred world, since I'm on Cerberus, and I was wondering if the free transfers were still available?

I can't seem to find any info on it but I saw that the servers are still considered preferred. If they are available, I was wondering which server you guys would recommend, I was hoping for the one with the most active population.

Dumbass question, but what exactly does potency mean?
For example, right now my auto attack (whose potency I don't know) does ~28 damage on average against these lvl 25 sabotenders. The 75 potency attack after every auto attack given to me by sword oath does about 21 on average.
Now I'd think that my auto attack has a potency of 100, but that can't be because an un-combo'd Riot Blade has a potency of 100 and does 40 damage on average, so a lot more than my auto attack.

So what is going on here? Can someone explain?
