So I am playing digimon world, and decided not to plan a route, forgetting how strict digivolving is, and got numemon. What should I actually do? I just got centaurmon and have not done drill tunnel so my options are limited. Is my only option really to just idle until he dies? Because he can barely fight anything.

You could try to grind him a bit and do Grey Lords mansion. The first visit is fairly simple even with Numemon. Its convenient because he is a virus. Other than that try to avoid champions and wait it out. Try to focus on recruiting non-combat digimon like Monochromon, and keep a very very good eye on your prosperity. If you talk to Jijimon and he says its 15, reload the game, regardless of how long ago you saved. Or just dont talk to jijimon period. Thats also an option for now.

Beelzemon is the most built up character in Tamers.
You have segments of him dedicated to show how he ran away from his Tamers cause the little shits hurt him and treated him badly.
Him watching on as every other mon evolves, while he can't do shit.
He flat out breaks down crying when Renamon confronts about him about it, talking about he wants to evolve and get strong too.
Then he does that fight against the huge horse where he gets almost murdered and kicked so hard he lands in the digital world. Where he sells his soul to the totally not devil, and has to kill his friends with his new power.
They even showcase how strong he is where he kills those mecha squid things and flat out massacres them really easily, enjoying himself.

He clearly has qualms about killing the Tamers, then Leomon confronts him and he gets really angry

why are digimon considered animals when they can think and communicate like humans? they even have fucking shops and civilization and shit in the games and anime. Like i would buy it if some digimon were more intelligent then others, but IIRC we see fucking Numemon and Otamamon capable of communication. The only truly animal-like digimon I can name is Seadramon, but even then Metalseadramon has an entire army in Adventure so who knows.

Ultimately, it is related with the type of digimon. 2000ish is about the range without any investment from the farm for most Digimon, and after that it only goes up to about 2500-3000. Stats are set so what you're seeing is level 99 stats without investment since Rosemon BM and MirageGaogomon BM were what got me through my early game. Mastemon has like 150 into HP I think. It really is that low.

Welcome to hard mode. The main boss previous to this was one-shotting my entire team and he got two turns to himself where one of them was buffing himself to do double damage and it was neutral which meant I couldn't mitigate the damage barring accessories so the only way to survive was spamming speed boosts and moves that made me survive any hit that would kill me once and the only reason I won was a double damage Lilithmon managed to crit him for 3300 damage. If he had gotten his turn we would have all died because he got so many turns where he whittled us down and then buffied for his double damage attack and I simply couldn't heal and buff with the 1 HP shield at the same time.

Betamon cannot evolve into Tyranomon, and Tyranomon cannot evolve into Metal Greymon. To get to Metal Greymon, Betamon would have to become Devimon or Airdramon.

Angemon cannot evolve into Metal Mamemon. Elecmon would first have to evolve into either Yukidarumon or Whamon to become Cres Garurumon.

None of the Digimon in Piyomon's row can evolve into eachother. To reach Aegisdramon, Piyomon would have to become Monochromon or Leomon, then evolve into Megadramon.

Get ready for more of that fun because that's how they make fights difficult from now on. On top of this some bosses, especially in the Great Challenges, will have multi turn buffs before using an AoE attack before you ever get a turn at all.
In Challenge 7 you also have to kill two guys at the exact same time while they all have a total of like 14 turns before you get yours and Gallantmon can one-shot you for some reason at complete random.

Dawn/Dusk are better than World DS, as they're its direct sequel with improvements.
Championship is a whole other beast. While the World DS series (which are actually Digimon Story games, but back then Bandai wanted to name everything Digimon World) are RPGs with lots of walking and grinding to collect monsters, Championship is more focused on raising the digimon like in a v-pet and then entering it in tournaments.

I know, but the problem was Gallantmon would get like six turns to every 1 of my turns and I was taking a third of my health or more with every attack on my guys and I needed another strategy since MirageGaogomon, Plesiomon, and Sakuyamon were not cutting it in the slightest. I was thinking of doing a triple MirageGaogomon and just evading all the hits but if I couldn't kill both at the same time it would have been a nightmare so I ended up just opting for the Jesmon cheese.

I was getting slaughtered for at least two or three hours before I opted for the Jesmon spam, I knew you had to avoid Omegamon or kill him first because of the "Final Holy KNight" mess the first time I got to it. The problem was just simply surviving to get to that point, either Alphamon or Omegamon would wipe out all my Datas after Gallantmon had his way with them and I was getting sick of it.

Not the same anon but while I don't really see much good in her, I neither see anything bad about them.

They are mostly harmless and their presence doesn't really damage the movies more than they damage themselves with the pacing it has. At the very least, they aren't outright offensive as the 02 shitters were
