Spell research lets you make your own magic scrolls. You could get ordinator and disparity (For the standing stone edits) be a spell blade. Get the atronach stone so you can regerenates magica and just have to rely on scrolls that you make from spells you learn but can't cast without your scrolls.

i'm trying to get Andromeda's animations to work on the PC with PCEA2 but for some reason the game doesn't want to read any of the combat animations from Andromeda. Where the fuck did these tags come from? No way they were already there when I downloaded them. Meanwhile for FNV I have to manually add an entire mod to my bashed patch because only Mator Smash supports the mod, but it doesn't have any presets or auto-detect for games that aren't Skyrim.

I can say for sure that Wrye Bash does not add tags for the Fallout games. So if it does for TES games, that makes sense, I guess. Envious of course, but glad that I played Bethesda's Fallout games first, because modding them after seeing the extra functionality some of these basic tools have that they don't have for Fallout would've spoiled me. Yeah, with tags I normally have to go through and edit at least a few things by hand. I'm doing an enhanced vanilla playthrough here first, so I'm just crossing my fingers that the handful of mods I've got merged decently enough.

The only reason I want a Reloaded for FNV is because we're stuck with ENB, or Dynavision if all you want is better light emittance and depth of field. There's one that doesn't have any bullshit effects, but for me and a few other people it produces a weird overlay, which the author just says "can't reproduce it". And then the sole lore-friendly armor and clothing pack mod has transparency issues with any ENB. In the end the only thing you really get out of it is AO, but no AA of any sort.

Is there any decent ebony texture replacer besides aMidianborns?

I know I tried Reshade with FO4 once, to fix whatever crap AA method the game used. The Nexus currently only has two Reshade configs, both of them from just the past couple of months, so it seems to be a new concept for that specific modding community. So nothing on google saying if the AO works in NV or not. So I guess I'll try it out.

It should work, most games give up access to the depth buffer. The thing about Reshade compared to ENB though is that it's incredibly easy to configure. Maybe not now with the obtuse GUI but the old versions with documentation beside the shaders is great for learning what everything is and tweaking it. I mess around with Reshade a lot.

Exactly the same for me. ETaC's Dawnstar gave me countless crashes until I shoved it off of my Skyrim.

Don't install those unless you've already played through the main quest. They a lot of time and make the dungeons pretty good dungeun crawlers. Not necessarily required mods, but highly recommended.

Do you use any landscape mods?

Town mods do not play well with landscape mods, I've even seen issues with town mods and verdant. Since verdant does add small landscape edits.

The only town i've ever seen CTDs in is a small section of Winterhold that can easily be walked around.

The No Radial Blur mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/17499/?) is so old and has less downloads than I expected. Is there a more modern way to achieve the same effect or do most people not care to remove that awful eye adaptation effect? SkyTweak does the same thing maybe?

Verdant? Verdant Grass I suppose? If so, yeah, I use that mod.
Landscape mods? Right now, I'm using Enhanced Landscapes but before, I had no mods whatsoever relating to landscapes aside texture mods and such.

I could try ETaC again, but it might be the same issue again and again. My CPU is rather old and I don't think it will go any well.

Not to imply the mod is bad for being old, but rather I'm wondering if it's superseded/made obsolete by another mod like how the Unofficial Patches sometimes do. I'll still need to download it if nothing has replaced it.

I do have to mention about ETaC is that I had it installed about a month ago. The mod list obviously has changed since then.

man, modding morrowind is taking ages because there are like hundred mods which are basically just a single mesh for some tiny plant or whatever, and I realise that I could just ignore them and not get those mods but its hard to stop, and last time I was playing morrowind it looked extremely jarring when I would suddenly run into some terrible looking vanilla asset
