You know, I can't say I blame them. Fire Emblem didn't have a lot of weight even in Japan, and Blazing Sword was a gamble for them.

It's not completely their fault, but the series didn't really hit it's stride until Awakening, and by that point, localizing games from previous gens would have been a waste of money, unless they wanted to gamble on VC.

For Xander, you can run any C skill you want although I run Hone.

Just beat thracia 776 what an amazing game and I can see why alot of anons here rate it as their favorite. Some cons though that I need to mention.
Not being able to organize your unit positions is a real hindrance and the amount of door keys you need to have is insane. Usually door kings is just for bonus stuff but I dont like that I need them to beat the game. Or train a thief. Other then that great game.

Personality wise I liked Leaf alot and loved how august calls him out on being a child. Its refreshing after fates and all the corrin dick sucking. I give it an A-

Armads is only really good when the player uses it, AI Hector will just slowly walk into whatever red the player puts in front of him and attack, negating the benefit. This person probably assumed that whoever ended up fighting his Hector would play properly and not attack into Hector, so Wary Fighter was probably a better choice.

That said they still need Bonfire or Ignis for it to work.

The complaint about unit positions is valid for most chapters, but I think it's good that your units are scattered in chapter 19 specifically because that's the idea of the chapter.
Pahn's an excellent thief with no training but if you somehow miss him then yeah that's annoying. And even then, door keys are a bit too important.
Personally I'm not a fan of the 99% accuracy maximum or movement stars, and I think FE5 could really use a hard mode. Otherwise it's really good and has some god tier level design, particularly in terms of promoting interesting and varied gameplay but also the gameplay-story integreation is nice. I also think it does a good job of producing an atmosphere with music and stuff.
