Basically, a RDM can do their melee combo 1 to 3GCD early and reduce its cost by 15 or 25 by either doing (98 to 100)/52, (99 or 100)/53, 100/54 mana {100/54 is actually the opener used by the top RDM}.
If they fuck up the 52 to 54 window because CASUAL, then they can still do it with 100/(65 through 69) but this only reduces the cost by 15.

This is literally the only reason top RDM are doing so much damage.

PVP's exp scales from 600k to 800k win or lose with matches taking 10-15 minutes depending on afkers.

Fashion will be changed again when I reach level 60 - I already have something in mind, it involves an Allagan chestpiece and Hood of the Black Griffin from PvP currency. I already have both.
