Just played two games on the PBE with the new nerfed Fiora, can confirm she is now the worst possible top lane pick, she is Urgot level bad... im not even being biased or overreacting this was way more horrible than i expexted i dont think any champion in this game ever got a nerf this harsh, i literally couldnt do anything or fight anyone, the only way for you to fight anyone is if THEY wanna fight you ( which is never ) this is so heartbreaking honestly, we literally have 0 good matchups now, you cant deal with ANY CHAMPION with any sort of slows stuns dashes and movement speed buffs AKA EVERY OTHER TOP LANER, the only solution is to run ghost now instead of TP and that just entirely kills her splitpushing, Fiora is dead guys... they murdered her in the worst possible way its so heartbreaking...

They're mostly frag-hunters or "mechanically skilled" players that think KDA alone means shit. You can get by with that shit plat + because your teammates actually have the game sense you lack and will exploit the openings you create it while you're out there losing 3 waves so you can camp the 0/9 support.

But at lower level your teamates won't do shit with the 20 seconds timeout you've given the enemy, won't group to force 5v4/4v3s and won't take objectives. That means they finish the game on a defeat while they're 25/2 and think they were carrying.

Carrying doesn't mean getting kills, it means taking objectives and pushing the game forward. Now getting kills obviously help, but if nobody is doing anything with those kills other than you getting more gold to get more kills, don't be surprised to lose when you get your first death 40 mins in when the timers are like a minute long. Having killed 30 enemies before won't do shit to stop the 5 man push mid to your inhibit while you're grayscreened.

If you know what you're doing and play an initiator/tank that can capitalize on mistakes (a shit ton) it's one of the easiest roles to climb. I think Riots balance team could be much better.
At its core, theyre balancing the game to promote gameplay and change metas.
However the way they do so is blatantly retarded at points.

Yeah, I also learned a lot about toplane when watching him, honestly playing Trynd after watchign him and fogged feels really damn good. My only compliment about Trynd is that even with different builds it gets boring after a while.

I put all that knowledge into Irelia, and damn she's fun if you know about toplane.

IMO nocturne really only needs a few small tweaks to feel good.

A pokemon with that little mobility should have some sustain or tankiness, and his current passive and W have really weak numbers. Make his passive "save" the healing if he overheals for ten seconds, make the healing scale with AD, and change his W so that it isn't just a tiny ass attack speed boost, then we are golden.
