I think the goblins are a pretty big deal actually. DE aggro was curbed by Angelic Barrage, Rise aggro was curbed by board clears, Tempest aggro was curbed by spot removal.

Being able to go wide with 1/2s is really annoying because there aren't a lot of feasible ways to keep the board controlled before the cards get buffed and leave the range of your options. The deck's power level isn't problematic because it's too fast or anything, it still only kills about as fast as older aggro when it curves, it's that there aren't enough responses in the meta compared to previous sets.

Their followers are not sticky, they easily run out of resources. This isn't Midshadow. Just kill their shit. 80% of the time I play Teena on 4 against Neutral going first I win.
I just won 4 games in a row against Neutral as Daria (yes, that was Neutral Blood), because PR + evo or Levi alone shuts them down and they can't deal with Daria boards once you get to turn 5-6. All you need to do is trade into their followers in the first few turns or play spells that kill them turn 2-3. Of course sometimes they can nutdraw an insane curve with multiple Alices in succession and you just lose, but that happens with every Aggro deck.

Only if you are a retard and leave their 2 and 3 drops up, and only if they draw Alice. Just fucking kill their shit. Every class has the tools to stop turn 2 Fighter into turn 3 Ascetic Knight. If you play a 2 drop in response to their 2 drop, they have to kill it or you'll kill the Goblin Leader. Regardless of if they don't or do, you can just play a spell and kill another follower, or just play a second follower to trade next turn. If they drop Alice and you respond to it with an evolve follower, they lose their Alice and something else that was buffed (if there is anything left). It's not fucking hard.
