Except Au Ra males have the waist and hips of a woman, an odd run (not as bad as Elezen males, granted, but still it looks very dumb), and only one good face that everyone uses. It's a really good face, don't get me wrong, but if you want to make a good looking Au Ra, you will look like every other good looking Au Ra. Plus their hairstyle options are really awful and/or really anime, SE needs to fix that.

Dragoons have high defense but high potential DPS but they take a while to get started. It's a long rotation that rewards consistency. The meme about dead DRGs comes from the dark days of being animation locked into your Jumps which mostly sent you leaping into bad situations, and from idiots that get so tunnelvisioned into their rotation that they ignore mechanics and get blasted for it.

I was the healer, he was fine while they were up, but he used them both at the same time, so once they wore off he went from full HP to 33% HP in the span of a GCD, I Cure II'd him and then slammed Bene, but in the time between the Cure II hitting him and me mashing Bene he had already died. It took literally 2 GCDs for him to go from full HP to dead. I had already used tetra and assize earlier in the same pull while so that wasn't an option either.

I've done similar pulls on PLD, in the same dungeon, and had a healer barely have to stop dpsing to heal me. Dude went down like a wet paper bag after his CDs dropped. He never used a CD beyond Shadow Wall or Rampart the entire run, and he only used them in conjunction.

The DPS are probably very bad. I had a moderately competent tank last night that was using CDs and double pulling but I was top or within 100 DPS of top on trash and it was quite a struggle to keep them alive. I had two chucklefuck RDMs, one of whom never did more than 2k and the other who couldn't do more than 2.3k. I beat the lower of the two on all the bosses too
