Depends on where you are in the story, a good amount of people have already fully caught up so they can't easily recover from dropping 10k lapis + however many tickets they gain before the Tillith banner is gone.

Oh I was wrong, she is 0.5% more common than a rainbow. Also the math is slightly different for 4* tickets or the free 4* with the 11 pull (Which have a 95% for a gold, 70% chance for a gold, and 23% chance for Tillith while having a 5% chance of a rainbow which has a 50/50 chance of being on banner)
In comparison pulling on the X banner gives you a 5% chance at Rikku from any normal pull and 70% for a 4* ticker or the free gold for a 11 pull.

You only really need a 5* chainer. Fryevia is the strongest but unless you are willing to spend real money Orlandu is better, chains easier super easy to gear up and most of your friends will be Orlandu's which is important.

If you are bored of rerolling Reberta and Aileen are perfectly good. Setzer if just a 4* so reroll and imo if you get Fohlen you should reroll too he is clearly weaker than the other chainers.

Problem is, you most likely don't have Onion Knight motes. Without them you can't unlock his potential to use 5* abilities.
Pray motes dungeons will come back soon.
