The problem is you need to establish a guild on release, the only reason why Mandate and even Puppers are successful is because they were built from the ground up and roped in a lot of people

Creating a Horde guild just wouldn't work at this stage in the game, when we made DiF on Nost it took us 4 months to even get a steady farm on MC because we had to pug endlessly while trying to build up recruits from /nosg/ and only a handful of people in this general have the autism and capability to do something like that and they are all on Alliance atm

What you should be doing is prepping for Gummy to take advantage of all the fresh characters, if you're organized and serious people will join you just like they did with Mandate and Puppers

guild was pretty much run by indi before he quit at azuregos, and after that by glurf with some minor help from infamy.

and as mt he rarely makes calls on mic and uses no consumables. also uses some shitty green mh instead of farming a good weapon.
now imagine being a dps in this guild and having to afk to not pull threat. now you know how i feel

ZG/BWL isn't even out, that means all that gear isn't out. We don't have 16 debuff slots, we also don't have 1.12 dungeon drops or ony/hakkar/DMT wbuffs like they had on kronos.

Yet MoH is now matching the fastest ever nihilum MC clear time, which was done in mostly BWL gear.

1) Nihilum benched geared people who needed nothing from MC for new guys and alts
2) Really bad main tank. Could never go all out in DPS like MoH.
3) People mostly saved their consumables and buffs for BWL instead. - but the leadership is to blame for not enforcing it imo. Especially when some people didn't even bother with consumables for BWL.
4) Kronos shit itself. Many people had lag after BWL hit. The two best healers were playing with ms in the thousands for example.
5) Worse strats. Didn't try to shave off time and kept using retard-friendly strategies where there was no risk of a wipe but fights would take longer. Like hunter pulling on Domo

That said I think Nihilum had worse leadership in general. When your GM and all ranged CLs (until Turin took over hunters) are doing a horrible job you're not in for a good time.
