Noticed lately that my PSTV tends to become unstable after I wake it up from standby, is this a common problem or does it likely indicate something on my end like some files being corrupt on my memory card or something? By unstable I mean that audio will usually be muted and as soon as I try to do pretty much anything it will hang until I hold the power button for 30 seconds or yank the cord out. I've also seen it happen occasionally when it's still sleeping it will seemingly hang (light will start blinking repeatedly for a long time and the unit becomes unresponsive). Anyone know any common cause/fix for this?

God, the Fuka&Desco show is so fucking horrible. Despite the story being really bad and the main cast strangely out of character, all the enemies are 2x my level and one shot my strongest unit. The maps are the worst part though, they are so god damn gimmicky, it doesn't feel like playing an SRPG, but rather a 999 game. I just barely finished the second episode and I think I'll just watch the rest on Youtube.

I buy games case by case, for example Valkyria revolution would be something that I would buy for PS4 anyway. That's if I was interested in the game that is. But for example, I bought Utawarerumono for Vita because there wasn't that much difference between versions and that got a physical version.

So I don't know, physical is always the most preferable but I do understand the economy reason for not doing it. Have you read the first one? If you haven't, I would suggest doing that. The second one is just a lot more of that without the porn. And the porn was pretty bad, but the other things were great. So if you get into that world you'll like it.

I always wondered why the Vita never got a Sakura Clicker type game. It's basically a game where you click on monster girls (who moan on every hit) as fast as possible to defeat them for gold to buy stuff with. Its a very simple game, but I think it may be very suited for low budget studios, you would just need good art and an addicting progression system. You could make it so, that you would need to tap the L&R buttons as quick as possible or something.

There is a slight move towards digital I think. Ray Gigant, Digimon Cyber Sleuth, God Wars and some comes to mind, giving online codes to sites. Probably a few more that I missed.

Full OSTs are really expensive. They can easily be 3000+ yen, or in the case of DR V3 it even cost me more than the game itself.

They waited too long for the Atelier games I think. Had they been closer to release, or if they at bare minimum announced that they would put X Atelier game on sale sometime in the future it would have helped.
Most people that would have wanted them already bought the games. Then most people that thought the digital price was too much already bought them on sale. So now the only way to get it to work is to sell 5000 copies at $50 each (and $15 shipping I think is their rate) when comparatively NISA was doing Atelier LEs at $55 with ~7 shipping so LRG's releases will look way overpriced, further reducing what numbers they hope to do.
NISA didn't even give Sophie or Firis LEs, or at the very least give them a physical printing run on Vita. If they didn't think they could make the numbers work for a brand new Atelier games that hadn't had digital eat in to their sales yet then it's no wonder why LRG would be sweating over 2-4 year old Atelier games. Hell, even the PS4 LE for Sophie they did do took a very, very long time to sell out.

It's a shame really since I would have loved to have a physical copy of Ayesha next to my Escha & Logy and Shallies. Guess my physical Dusk collection will remain at just 2/3.
