yeah, I guess the problem is finding 3 brainsucker gems that are arcane instead of the common tempering. Otherwise the +9% is lost on conversion to arcane flat damage

I'm surprised how effective a twink is just using physical weapons with 20 STR and 3x 27% tempering gems though. I finally reached the FRCs and the game is nowhere near as hard as I thought it would be at this low level

The only thing that uses a lot of stamina on a SKL build is the Rakuyo so if you plan on using that I would drop VIT and get 15 END. It's fine otherwise.

PvE is great, mostly because of the range. PvP isn't ideal, as it's easy to dodge and parry from the slow speeds and telegraphed attacks. Something capable of a much higher damage output (I use the Whirligig) would probably be a better option.
