Yeah, you need to be at gear level 6 to get to the overdrive. You gain gear level by just attacking, but the main way to get those is to hold cicle and charge the gear level with the EP you've gained. When you get to the overdrive the game tells you that and then you have to get the full EP to perform the ex-injection.

The carms will come pretty easily once you do the missions, don't need to really worry about that. You need all the stickers and that's it. Some are easier to get than others. As to where to exactly get those, there isn't a list since this is a very niche game. But my advice is to complete the single player missions and then start doing the multiplayer missions.

They could have done a smaller physical run for Vita, it wouldn't have been too hard to sell all the copies. With xbone the minimum shipment is large, so unless they have a deal with MS it's stupid to make physical run for that platform and not for Vita. Well, not that it matters too much, they don't have much faith in the game since as you said, the price is lower and there's lots of free DLC.

Personally I'm going to wait sale and some user experiences to see if it's something I want to buy, I'm not going to repeat the mistake I made with Star Ocean where I didn't listen the Japanese feedback about the game being lame.

In November when I was in Akihabara there was a big Sega event on and they had a playable version of Valkyria that I tried out. It had solid gameplay and I decided then I would buy it if it came out here.

So after 46 hours I finished Disgaea 4 and while I enjoyed it very much I found the ending to be extremely disappointing. None of the characters issues were resolved and it left me with so many questions, I don't know where to begin. Spoilers for Disgaea 4
Did Valvatorez ever regain his full strength? Do Valvatorez and Artinas relationship go anywhere? Did Desco ever become a final boss? Did Fuka accept her death or does she believe that everything is a dream until all eternity? What's the deal with Fenrich, why is he so hostile against females? What happened to the Earth/Netherworld after the final fight, what happened to The former President, did Fuka really become the new President, is Artina banished from heaven because she joined the Valvatorez crew, etc. , etc. . There are just so, so much key character and story issues that are not resolved, to the point where I'm pretty sure I messed something up. It can't end like that, what am I missing?
