I honestly prefer the gameplay and customization in WT. When people start talking about flight or damage models is when its just splitting hairs and not worth you worrying about until you've put significant time in both.

OP's should add the 'EDTracker' to DIY head tracking.

It's cheap as fuck compared to a Track IR, much lower latency since it uses accelerometers and magnetometres - instead of IR cameras, has sub-millimetre precision, and you don't have to look like a dork wearing a cap with reflective strips, it's just a little box you can stick to headphones.

The downside is you only get 3DOF but it feels much better than a TrackIR due to the lower latency.

They are actually pretty tough, but they require good positioning and knowledge of how to manage your weakpoints. If you're top BR in your game, you just need to not get flanked. And even that isn't a guarantee at that point of you going down. I've had tanks drive right up to me and shoot the side of my turret and still not penetrate. The worst thing a Churchill can do is face hull or turret dead on, all your easiest weakpoints are on the front of your hull and front of your turret. When you're not actually firing, you should be moving your turret around to point to the side of the enemy so they can't get an easy shot through the mantlet.
