how can I be top 8 DPS at 901 ilvl destruction on their first elisande & augur mythic kills (never even done the first 7 bosses on mythic, literally my first time in mythic NH is Augur progress) and be this hated?

like, sure I got feared once by monstrosity and directly caused a wipe at 3%. So fucking what we had 23 wipes total, some of their clique failed on fel phase a hundred times and have been raiding mythic for 4 months.

That's not how it works. The Legion can move their troops around much easier in the Nether because the Nether is essentially its own power source. It's basically one giant interstate. Argus was in the Nether. Now it's not. The Legion can't move troops back and forth from it like they used to be able to. Now it would require more energy usage to get reinforcements from other planets there, just like getting a portal to Azeroth opened required using all of that latent fel energy in the Tomb.

Also since its no longer in the Nether, demons can't respawn there anymore. Illidan effectively cut off the Legion's two main sources of getting reinforcements while simultaneously making their capital easier to attack.

Think of it a strategic POV. Why would the Legion move Argus closer to Azeroth and do those two things when they have safer methods of attack? It's just fucking dumb.

Goddamnit, last night was a depressing first night in ToS.

We killed Goroth in three attempts, but I knew he'd be a joke fight.

But goddamnit, we spent three hours on Demonic Inquisition and just kept fucking wiping at the very beginning of the fight. At one point we were able to make it reliably to the second phase, but eventually, we just continuously wiped to the fucking aoe.

I don't know what to think anymore... whether the guild's falling apart or it's the encounters themselves...

Would you guys say Demonic inquisition is overtuned at all? Or is it just that my guild and I suck?

I totally get why people prefer to just do LFR and be done with it. Community is turbo aids and a genuine constraint on progressing through the game. The game is easy, getting a decent guild is insanely hard.

I said nothing about skill. This game requires very little skill to be succesful at, it requires connections. When I did Black Temple in TBC I had a great guild and there weren't such lengthy applications at least not on my realm / server.

I think you're a perfect example of an unskilled idiot who Blizzard balances the game around. Raiding 6 hours a week, still clearing mythic then claiming it's skillful while a toddler could do it.
