Basically it's random, after some battles you have a chance to be hit with the infamous 8003-3011, thanks to Google Safetynet. You loose the progression of the last fight (ex you win 3 arena battles in a row but after the fourth fight the error come: the run is reset). Same with Tempest recently.

So what is in version 1.5?

According to the wiki, I'm supposed to get hero merit feathers at 500, 1k, 1.5k and 2k.
However most of my main units are now close to 2k and they've each only given me a batch of feathers once, at 500. They all passed 1k and 1.5k without offering any.

That's about it. The moonbow gimmick is stronger with killer weapons because you'll trigger moonbow twice if you double something that retaliates. Braves quad fewer things so you only get 1 proc most of the time, though that will tend to be enough anyways.

Fury can work if you decide to keep Vantage for whatever reason(if a ranged unit somehow survives 2 hit from him, it probably won't survive a third unless it's healed or Julia, who kills him on counter anyways), but goes pretty badly with Breakers/QR in general due to the HP drop.

Lancebreaker itself is mostly for getting quads on Effie and high res/Fortified lance fliers, who can sometimes survive 2 hits from him, though QP Moonbow probably takes care of that problem on whoever uses it over the +Atk seal.
