I tried that unusual talent path in Braxis Holdout because we had no support and I couldn't siege that much vs their comp and it worked out so well

Regen master gives +500 base hp and has good synergy with Stoneskin plus I completed the quest pretty fast with the regen orb altars

Like why is there this extremely small subset of heroes that just gets to play by their rules? Because they're "unique"? Why not have Warcraft heroes get gear that makes them stronger per level and per boss because they're from Warcraft? Why not have Starcraft heroes research upgrades at Forts that make them stronger? Well, for one, dva is not overpowered. For two, overwatch heroes were designed in a way that they can be adjusted to fit almost whole cloth into a moba, with 3'ish techniques, a trait, and an ultimate. Like, if you tried to just directly put the marine medic into a moba, it wouldn't work. Nor would the siege tank.

For the record, I do agree it's sort of a design creep. Like how newer and reworked heroes have all sorts of cook scaling quest talents, whereas many older heroes are left in the proverbial dust. I'd like it a lot of there was more flavorful additions like that. If all the diablo heroes had talent tiers had a choice that wholely replaced their basic abilities, or applied different runes to the base one as the other choices. We'll see as the game evolves if they revisit old heroes in such a way.

Wilfred Fizzlebang. A rather simple summoner/mage like Nazeebo, inspired by Demonology Warlock.

One of his ults has him summon Jaraxxus, who replaces him for the rest of the game. Jaraxxus is also a summoner/mage, but he's melee, his abilities are a little different, and he has better numbers all around. I've always had an autistic idea to do a big cross-over event with TF2. TF2 become mercs, there's a few battlegrounds with the default announcer being the Administrator herself, announcer packs would be the Administrator, Ms Pauling, and some of the mercs. Merasmus could be a Hero too and have his own announcer pack.

I'm spending my time with this game. I'm entitled to fair matches or matches with players who care. If they don't want to offer that, I have plenty of MOBAs to choose from.

I don't have enough time in my day to organize something in ranked nor the stress of dealing with it.

For me having fun is having a close game. If I constantly am having matches where it isn't fun, where there are griefers, afkers, people who "don't care"; I'm not having fun.

70% of my matches in QM have been completely one sided.

A majority of my unranked matches have me playing support or a tank because nobody ever wants them. If I don't pick them, I get games where there are no support and the other team has one.

If people are looking for a game that they can "just play" and "not care", why play a MOBA. You know this is one of the most competitive game genres on the market. Why not go play literally any other genre?

Calibrated HL for the first time into low gold. This shit is hell. So many fucking armchair generals who are blind as a bat, have a completely twisted idea of what works on what map and what counters what. Like some fucker telling me not to Alarak because "we have plenty of damage" with a Dehaka and a Sylv.
Then, how hard is it to help an ally who's getting gunned down by ONE person, outside of a teamfight, with four people standing on 80% HP less than half a screen away, not doing any objectives one of them an Uther? SEVERAL TIMES?! These people play like zombies, no wonder they blame draft for everything. Can literally only win if they 100% hard counter the other team. Eventually I just gave up and started jumping into five people as soon as they entered base because they never, ever initiate or follow up on anything that isn't a completely safe 5v1.
