How to casual slayvention? Just level shit through tasks and then siphon at level 12 and repeat?

Just came back to rs3 from oldschool. Started at around 20 dung am now 50. I am only getting around 5k xp/10 minute medium floor so around 30k xp/hr. I feel like I'm doing everything wrong but I've read guides and watched guide vids that say to just rush through and only kill shit for guardian doors.

I'm also doing everything solo because on the 1-80 world there is usually only a few people that are maxed. I do sinkholes but have no gear in there so I can't kill anything. I get a few exploratory totems and some skilling ones but I always end up last place in points which means I get tokens or a small lamp. I don't know what to do lads. I always hated dung and I can't deal with 30k/hr
