I actually had an issue like this with troops and it turned out I just needed to start a new game for it to work properly. If you've done that already though and it's still happening, it might be to do with some changes dickplo anon seems to have made to how it compiles that stopped the older custom troops mod from merging. I'll look into it if need be.

1st run own kingdom anon here, 2nd update: Im very stable and strong right now, +500k denars, all lordly gear, just rolling with my knights+huscarls 160 fleet, 6 vassals, all +10 reputation with me, they all have good big armies too, like ~150 size (all of them have 2 castles and 4 villages at least, so I guess they are plenty rich and thats why armies are in good shape?).

Like I said last post, Im aiming to finish the Vaegars cunts, who are pretty much doomed already. Next war/invasion wave will finish them for sure. also, I manage to defend Dhirim twice: 1st against a big and hard Rhodok combined army of 1050 vs my 400. it was hard as fuck (crossbow sharpshooters op + retarded AI for defense siege). after that win, I got Snuzga Castle, make peace with Rhodoks so now the entire center map is mine. the 2nd attack on Dhirim was a pretty weak Nord army of barely 300, low tier units. I think thats because they are losing plenty of land and Im hunting 60-100 fleets on that Curin-Jelbegi Castles. I took Tihr and the 2 other nord-west castle, for a total north shore control.

I want to get 2-4 more vassals (dunno if having 10 or even 12 vassals is possible). the line is my ideal border of my kingdom, I dont think Im gonna keep playing beyond that. all the mongolian/arab part looks boring and tedious as fuck, already bashed the Swadians/Nords so no need to get the rest of the west and the Rhodoks will be an insane pain in the ass (ehehehe perfect defending siege positions in towers and shit for sharpshooters while yours deploy and routing/commands do nothing at all).

any suggestion beside kys? (I will, bringing down with me all the commie turkroaches on TW)

I read on the wiki I think it was, that managing vassals was the hard part of the late game, because the more you got the harder it is to balance reputation to be positive with all of them, cause land distrubution. maybe you just dont assing land when you have that much vassals? but I dont know how the whole vassal/his army size/quality works. by logic, the proper thing to do is give to your vassals at least 1 castle and a few villages to get that coins/wealth for a healthy, powerful and big army. I did that with my current 6 vassals, all of them have 2-4 castle, 3-6 villages.

That's all in Native, right? More than I would've done, you seem to have the hang of it. Did you flip your father-in-law to help along the Nord lands? You probably have had a lot of defectors, same advice would apply, try to get good vassals that like eachother and put them in the same regions so you can more confidently let them take care of their region's security. Companion spy missions are in Native, although I'm not sure if you have Lord's known peronalities listed anywhere in the notes, so again best thing is to just have lords who like eachother work together so you can leave them be. You have enough fiefs to afford more vassals, any would do, but family and friends of your current vassals would be ideal.
