No it depends on what good players are in your team vs theirs, it's almost never about team composition. Sometimes that comes into play but from my point of view it's very rare. An example of that would be in FWC where I'll be on slayer against a team with lots of zerks and sorcs and it's just impossible for me to rush in. Though even in games like that it's not impossible to win, but it can get hard for some classes.

Same goes for 3v3, even against a reaper/valk combo you can win as basically any composition. And CS is mainly about how many autistic BRs your team has, if you have too many, you will lose. But a good premade can still carry 15 BRs most of the time. Hell a single player/leader can carry CS if they've got their A game on.

I didn't do alliance because of all the consumables, and initially I didn't like 3s because there were healers involved. reducing skill cooldowns by 7.2% does literally nothing, if the skill is under 15 s cooldown
@ 15s it makes it start cd at 14
@ 30s it makes it start cd at 28
etc

my guess is you then prob want 7.2 + 7.2 to get a reduction on the "under 7.5s cd" skills, which really just means 10s skills as let's face it what skill has 7.5s cd (not that i would know but mine don't)
you can get 2 etchings tier 3 at 2.5 cd reduction each, so that's another 5%, i can't be bothered to calculate it, but at best ONLY then will get an advantage to your 4s skills, and it would be 1s

(that is unless it does count milliseconds, it just doesn't display them)

as i don't care enough about shouts, i therefor conclude that reducing cooldown times on lancer is only done by plebs, and will forever mock them

I just made an Elin archer as well so I was thinking I could level with you, but that seems horribly boring and pointless when I could use a level 60 scroll and skip it all. I dunno what I should do.

But yeah if you're new to MMOs you should do the quests, they take you all around the game world and it's pretty nice to look at. The faster way would be to grind bams for the most part though after getting power levelled to level 20something, I can power level you till there if you want.
