Is your Nox's clock running? FEH can throw the same error for a rooted device for not having the clock active. Which is solved by closing Nox completely and reopening.

My Nox has the google parts replaced so I don't get the rooted device errors (because reinstalling every 1/2 a day is fucking annoying) but if I put the computer into sleep the Nox clock shuts off and I need to restart Nox.

They let us upgrade anyone to 5* with feathers so spending 1-200 great crests to reroll a characters IV seems fair especially considering it still wouldn't be anything guaranteed and assuming other people have similar ranges of about 350 great crests of each color by now, still not enough to satisfy whales.
