Because Russian realms are part of the European region.
I don't know how it is in American realms, but while you can invite anyone from any European realm into your group, they are divided by language in the dungeon and raid finder. The exception is Portuguese because they only have one realm and are paired with English players, and Spaniard realms ever since 7.1.5. I think Italian realms are also paired with English because there are only two, but I am not sure.
You can also filter groups in the group finder by language.

If all you want is "fun" then pick whatever the fuck you want, but if you want to raid mythic/progression at any point in time being a monk is the worst possible choice you can make


It's all about the utility and mana management, 0 utility (zero) and I can't even imagine playing a monk on a long fight like gul'dan with the terrible mana costs, you can run yourself OOM in like 1 minute if you just cast vivify and EF

In M+ they're the worst healer too, always running OOM so often you have to drink and fucking nobody wants you in their M+ group because of that, slows the whole thing down. AND you have no utility apart from cocoon which is just fucking garbage and tanks like 2 hits from a normal mob
Do not play a monk they're just so fucking bad and blizz thinks hps on logs and pvp retards on the forums complaining is how you balance your game

Hunter's problem is that none of the rotations are really engaging. BM is like 3 buttons and MM is whack-a-mole while Survival is just nonsense. If aesthetically you just absolutely love being a hunter because you love archery or your pets, I can get how you make due and enjoy it. But, if you are deciding between the two, druid sort of works in a more appealing way (plus bear tank is really favorable atm so if you want to casually tank on the side you'll find it easy to get into a group)

Only on initial load of the game while it checks which addons you have loaded. If you have like 100 addons you're going to be scanning through those each time but honestly most people won't even notice the delay since computers process things so quickly you'll be losing 1 second at most.

Shamans always get shafted by blizzard across all specs, so be careful. Never played them, besides resto for a short time during cata/start of mop.

After playing BM enough it's gotten a little more fun. It started with just Cobra shot, Dire and Kill Command and popping Bestial Wrath when needed. Now i have a much longer more engaging combo.
