I like the lead-in, it's a good introduction given the boost in time we're dealing with.
It's a really clever build-up of worry towards the middle, with Hanako's worries about what Hisao's parents will think of her. Leading to her finding out that his parents knew how she looked all along, right down to the intense cyber-investigation.

Facebook wasn't very popular in 2006, might consider tweaking that.

Are you me? I could barely run 200 meters before, so after I played KS for the second time I decided to change that and started running every other morning in a nearby forest. After 5-6 weeks of running I could run for 30 mins straight in rough terrain and at a good pace. Progress really feels wonderful, and I've had some these last few weeks of me returning to running even if last nights run was the thoughest one so far. Keep at it!
