Should I even bother trying to learn new characters when Centurion and Shinobi are around the corner?

I'm tempted by Berserker since Orochi's repetitive playstyle has me burned out, and since Conqueror's been deleted Lawman seems like the logical jump.
Nobody knows about the new characters though but from what I can gather Shinobi has some sort of charge mechanic with his kusarigama similar to Conqueror.

I've been playing vidya every day for more years than you're alive I'd wager, maybe even twice as many. And FH is the first time this generation (and most of last) that I've had a gameplay experience that is new, unique and enjoyable. I have about 350 hours on it and I regret nothing.
