Not sure if I'm doing this right, first time on /vg/

Two months ago I was in a car accident which led to the amputation of both my legs, and now I can't do what I am passionate about anymore, which is running. A friend of mine suggested trying to play this video game as a form of therapy since it would distract me and allow me to run in a way.
